The Burger King plant will open in Leicester Square

Fans of fast food will be treated today (Monday, March 14). Burger King distributes free burgers across the country.

The restaurant chain is offering free Vegan Royales across the country to celebrate the launch of its first-ever British meat-free restaurant.

Burger King Vegan Royale is a cult chicken hamburger fast food chain, and since its launch last April it has been gaining rave reviews from fans across the country.

Consists of plant-based crispy chicken, ingeniously derived from The Vegetarian Butcher; Vegan Royale is seasoned with iceberg lettuce, creamy vegan mayonnaise and topped with a golden bun sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.

Strict cooking processes that ensure complete separation from meat, dairy and egg products have also been certified by the Vegan Society.

Anyone who wants to get a free treat can do so by going to the Burger King UK app and taking advantage of the offer coupon on departure.

There are no minimum costs, so you do not need to spread anything else on food – although we personally believe that no dish with burgers is complete without chips.

The event is dedicated to the opening of the first ever Burger King meatless restaurant, which is the dream of millions of vegetarians and vegans.

Burger King’s Restaurant in Leicester Square is experiencing a groundbreaking new plant-based and vegan menu for one month; from hamburger with cheese and bacon to hamburger “nuggets” as the first in the history of Burger King without meat.

Additions to the vegan, meat-free and plant-based menu emerged after Burger King UK recently announced its plans to reduce carbon emissions.

The restaurant chain is committed to reducing emissions, including from purchased goods and services, distribution of capital and waste generated in labor and franchises, by 41% in each restaurant by 2030. Vegan Royale and a wider meat-free menu are steps towards achieving these ambitions.

Recently, Burger King also launched four new burgers as part of the new Katsu Curry line.

The Katsu Curry range from Tuesday, March 8, the participating restaurants will go on sale with Japanese inspiration for favorite dishes on the fan menu.

Whopper and Chicken Royale will be reworked into Katsu Chilli Whopper and Katsu Royale along with two meatless options, vegetable and vegan.
