UFC star Paddy Pimblet has called the CEO of Facebook and Instagram Mark Zuckerberg in his fascinating post-fight interview after his victory on Saturday night.
Pimblett secured a convincing victory over Rodrigo “Kozula” Vargas after forcing the Mexican to submit to a brutal naked suffocation from behind at UFC London at the O2 Arena. The Englishman now has a record 18-3-0.
It was only the second time the Briton has fought under the UFC flag since his debut victory over Luigi Vendromini in September, and the 27-year-old 27-year-old lantern easily worked with another opponent. He has now won both competitions in the first round.
In similar circumstances as in the first battle, Pimblet struck a heavy blow to the face early, and Vargas went into battle in search of land and pound. However, Pimblet used his experience in judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu to toss a 36-year-old boy to the floor with a hip throw.
He then blocked the back naked check, and Vargas was forced to knock out. After the competition, Pimblet was asked who he would like to fight next – and the Liverpool gave a brilliant answer.
“Who do I want to fight? Mark Zuckerberg, ”Pimblet said, applauding the crowd. “Boy, I’ll punch you in the head, I’m sick of you.
“I’m tired of you closing my Instagram accounts when I’m just helping charities and people with mental health issues. You’re the biggest bully in the world, boy. “

Asked about his winnings, Pimblet replied, “Didn’t you have fun? I’ve never been in a boring fight, guy. I needed a punch to wake up. It was only five or six out of ten, he caught me with a good shot. “
Pimblet’s quick victory led to loud shouts at the O2 Arena, and his teammate Molly McCann jumped into an octagon to celebrate with her friend. McCann, who won earlier in the evening, celebrated with the dancing Pimblet.
McCann’s victory led to her claiming a knockout of the year with her elbow cut back to defeat Luana Carolina.
