On social networks posted a heartfelt photo in which the Ukrainian woman is waiting near the remains of a destroyed building in Kiev.
The woman, known as Lyudmila, stood in one place for three days in a row while the staff of the Ministry of Emergencies worked on the spot.
On the third day, rescuers offered her a chair, and she continues to wait until the bodies of relatives are pulled out from under the rubble of a building in Kyiv’s Borodyanka.
The sad photo shows Ludmila sitting and waiting on the spot, while more than two dozen emergency works to remove blockages and protect the territory.
The image was posted on Twitter by KyivPost on April 7, and since then it has been distributed and liked almost 2,000 times.
It was written on Twitter: “This woman, Ludmila, is waiting for her relatives to be taken out from under the rubble of the destroyed building in Borodyanka, Kyiv region.
“For the third day she has been standing in one place waiting, so rescuers brought a chair for her.”
Hundreds of people shared and responded to the scary story.
One man said, “All stories are awesome, God loves her.”
The second added, “My heart is beating so hard for her, I’m so sorry she and others like her have to go through this.”
“So much grief. My heart aches for her and for all those who suffer. ” commented the third.
Another user said: “It’s horrible to say that the woman is ‘lucky’ that she can wait until her relatives are taken away, while thousands of killed civilians in Mariupol and South Ukraine burn and disappear.
“This is pure genocide. It’s just awful. “
