The TalkTV channel received a technical error in the first minutes of the broadcast.
The channel was launched on Monday (April 25th) and had an awkward sound problem.
The audio was postponed at the opening of the segment, which was hosted by reporter Tom Newton Dunn.
Fans stormed into Twitter to share their thoughts, writing: “Okay, it looks glossy and professional, but the sound doesn’t sync with the images. #TalkTV”
The second branded channel is worse than GB News, which was launched last year, adding: “Good. Technically worse than GB News. Oh. #TalkTV.”
While the third wrote: “No longer synced #TalkTV #talktv”
“I don’t think the first segment of #TalkTV was alive. It was very out of sync, ”the fourth wrote.
While other viewers thought the show worked well on the channel’s opening night.
One fan said: “Launching a new news channel – @TalkTV got off to a great start with @tnewtondunn, like @GBNews, they started with word sync issues. But they seem to have figured it out very quickly. #TalkTV.”
Another added: “You have to at least look like the staff was trained unlike GB News … #TalkTV Now well done, the #TalkTV team”
The third shared: “Well, at least the set is already created, unlike gb news when it launched #TalkTV”
“Really impressed #TalkTV“- wrote another.
Another avid supporter said, “I think so @TalkTV will be a success. I really like it. I understand why people think it looks like an American-style item with headlines and clocks on the screen as is. #TalkTV“
Others wanted to watch former GMB star Pierce Morgan take the mic for his segment.
“I’m looking forward to @piersmorgan, which is an absolute #TalkTV legend,” one fan said.
