Russian leader Vladimir PutinHealth concerns are growing after a viral video went online in which the despot did not control his hand during a plush meeting and greeting a fellow dictator.
Putin, who likes to project an image of force all the time, is likely disappointed that the clip went viral at a time when his health problems are rumored to be in the spotlight.
In the video you can see Putin extending a shaky hand to one of the Belarusian despots Alexander Lukashenko.
The tyrant also looks insecure on his feet in a viral clip when exchanging favors with his military counterpart.

Putin, who turns 70 in October, seemed unsure of his feet, at one point seemingly holding a candlestick to support his service, and Easter is celebrated on April 24 in the Orthodox faith.
Strengthening the belief that he was suffering from Parkinson’s disease, the autocrat seemed to twitch and chew his lip uncontrollably.
His movements seemed slow and deliberate, as if a serious effort had to be made to keep them under control.

While the puffiness he has shown in recent weeks seems to have diminished, Putin looked thin and weak and far from the image of the “strongman”. that he loves to promote.
However, there are those who claim that Putin’s appearance at the Easter performance was staged.
The footage published by the Kremlin has struck some with how strikingly similar it is to images published last year.
