Neil Parish officially left the post of MP after admitting that he watched pornography in the House of Commons.
Last week there were reports that the deputy was seen watching pornography on the benches of parliament.
Mr. Parish then spoke, admitting that he had twice watched pornography in the hall.
He claimed the first time was accidental after browsing tractors online, but the second time was a “moment of madness”.
