a teenager was shot dead in broad daylight in south London on Monday – the third shooting south of the river in less than a week.

Armed police ran into a quiet residential street Turnham Road, Broccolisouth of Brockley Station around 3.15pm after reports of a shooting.

Officers searched the area but said they found no traces of suspects or victims.

The crime scene was organized, and traffic was blocked near St. Norbert Road.

The photos from the scene show a Ford Focus being taken away and the road blocked by the police.

Police said they were called after some time when a teenage man was hospitalized in south London with a gunshot wound.

His condition is not life-threatening, police said. There were no detentions, the investigation is underway.

The incident was the third shooting in south London in less than a week.

A teenage man was injured with non-life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Brixton Hill on Thursday night. Witnesses told of the horror when they saw the armed man with a “big double-barreled gun.”

A 34-year-old man was injured on Saturday morning during a shooting at Brockwell Park, Lambeth. Damage to the victim in this case is not life threatening.

Anyone with information about the shooting on Monday is asked to call police at 101 with reference to CAD 4414/16 May.
