Who is Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst?

His time playing for Rangers was littered with success after success from five Rangers trophies, two league titles, two Scottish Cups and a League Cup.

Van Bronckhorst made 118 appearances and scored 22 goals in the process for the team.

During his career, he has played for Arsenal, Barcelona, RKC Waalwijk, and Feyenoord.

His final match before retirement saw him captain his national team against Spain in the World Cup final in 2010 but they were eventually defeated late in extra time.

The Netherlands has placed him fifth on the list of their most-capped players with an impressive 106 caps.

He started his coaching career with the Rotterdam team Feyenoord, becoming manager in the 2015/16 season.

Before his work was disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic and joining Rangers, he gained more coaching experience with City Football Group, owners of Manchester City among other clubs, as well as managing Guangzhou R&F in the Chinese Super League.
