AMY Tapper is looking fantastic as she completes a tough-looking workout at the gym.
The Gogglebox star, 22, frequents the famous F45 gym in Mill Hill, north London, and has been documenting her journey.

Brunette beauty Amy recently posted an update from the gym as she told her Instagram fans “you know what time it is…”
The star boasts an impressive 78.8K followers on the platform, and frequently posts updates of herself working out.
Her trainer, Natasha Ram, is often present in the videos too.
Earlier today, Amy posted a clip of herself pushing a huge heavy sledge across the gym, with Tash sitting on top.
“Exercise but make it fun”, she wrote, adding that this was her personal best weight for the sledge.
Earlier in the year, Amy shared some progress pictures, sharing that she has a whole new mindset.
She wrote: “Physically I am ready to take on the rest of the year with more ease.
“Mentally I just want to keep going and going and never felt so motivated!”
