Minnesota Rokkr rallied due to a deficit on two cards to beat Toronto Ultra 3-2 on Friday as the second week of qualifying matches for the 3rd stage of the Call of Duty League began.
In another event on Friday, Boston Brich beat London Royal Ravens 3-1 and the Florida Rebels defeated Partisan Los Angeles 3-1.
Rockr ranks first in the qualifying standings with a score of 3-0. OpTic Texas (2-0) and Atlanta FaZe (1-0), the only other undefeated teams, were idle on Friday.
The results of the five qualifying matches of each team will determine the seed for the Major 3 tournament, which will begin on June 2.
The Ultra seemed to be heading for victory when they opened up a 250-226 victory at Bocage Hardpoint and a 6-3 triumph at Berlin Search and Destroy. However, Rokkr is back to claim Tuscan Control 3-1, Tuscan Hardpoint 250-237 and Desert Siege Search and Destroy 6-4.
The Ravens captured Gavutu Hardpoint 250-176 before Breach won 6-5 at Berlin Search and Destroy, 3-0 at Berlin Control and 250-217 at Tuscan Hardpoint.
The rebels took Gavutu Hardpoint 250-230, but the Guerrillas won 6-5 in Berlin Search and Destroy. Florida captured the match by taking Gavutu Control 3-1 and Tuscan Hardpoint 250-168.
