Jake Humphrey shared that he and close pal Holly Willoughby once shared a bed together for six months.
In 2002, the two presenters co-hosted CBBC’s coverage of Celebrity Fame Academy and have been good friends ever since.
Holly, 41, used to crash at Jake’s flat during their time presenting together, even after he started dating now-wife Harriet.
Presenting Holly was living in Brighton at the time, and would often stay at Jake’s flat in London which was closer to where they worked.
In a resurfaced interview with the Mirror, Jake, 43, told the publication: “Holly was living in Brighton and never used to stay down there so she stayed at my flat in London while we were working on the show.

“Eventually, it got to the point where we couldn’t be bothered to get the blow-up bed out so for about six months we slept in the same bed.”
While Jake had begun dating Harriet at the time, he insisted that his spouse was “fine” with their sleeping arrangements, but joked about Holly’s habit of “sleeping naked”.
“I wouldn’t want to say I met my wife too early but I would just say Holly’s worst habit is she sleeps naked – joking, of course,” Jake quipped.

“Holly’s a good mate but I look back on my time with her and wonder what might have been but I was going out with Harriet at the time and she lived in Leeds.
“She had met Holly so she knew what she looked like and she was fine with it.”
Jake went on to say that while they shared a bed for several months, “nothing happened” romantically between the pair.
Jake and Harriet tied the knot in 2007, while Holly married her husband Dan Baldwin the same year.

Chatting to the Loose Women panel in January, Holly – who now shares three kids with Dan – recalled the moment she met him and how their friendship evolved.
The star explained of her husband Dan: “We met on Saturday mornings and we became really ridiculously close friends, it was this intensity of friendship for about 10-15 weeks and I remember cheersing him with a glass and I was looking at him and like ‘Oh my God, I fancy him, I fancy my friend!’
“It took me so by surprise and I thought, ‘Oh God, what’s just happened?’ And the relationship carried on. And I think in hindsight, I was falling in love with him. I think that’s what that intensity was, but I didn’t necessarily recognise it.”
