Police are conducting an investigation after a man fell from a height during construction.
The man, believed to be in his 60s, was standing on scaffolding owned at Belmont Park Road, Leighton.
On Monday, June 6, at 14.25 after a man fell on a highway, emergency services were called.
Staff from the London Ambulance Service arrived on the scene and the man was taken to hospital for treatment, but now it is said that his condition is not life threatening.
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has been informed, and a spokesman says the government agency is working with the metropolitan police during the investigation as it reviews the regulation and enforcement of health, safety and well-being in the workplace.
A Met spokesman says an investigation into the circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
