TV heartthrob Idris Elba rejected junk food and asked his personal chef to make him look like the “bee’s knees” for an upcoming topless scene in Luther the movie.

King The Chef aka King Enekeme revealed in an exclusive chat how he whips the piece into shape to make sure it doesn’t have an ounce of fat on it.
He said: “I’ve got him nice and skinny – the ladies will love him. Idris wanted to bend over especially for this film because there was a topless scene, so he said, “I have to watch the bee’s knees.”
“We gave him shakes, lots of greens, kale and spinach, all that stuff, and avoided the garbage food.
“Everyone wants to have a nice plate of food. However, you have to be realistic. If you want to proceed with it weight in the next two to four weeks, it won’t just be blinding.
“Bear with me for this period of time, after that you can have all the steak and butter you want.
“Luther didn’t have a personal trainer, it was more focused on food – I’ll take credit for that.”
The owner of the restaurant, Idris, found it difficult to give up food, but he was used to changing his diet at short notice on the role.
We are sure that his wife Sabrina also approve of a toned physique.
He was an actor tips take on the iconic James Bond role, but his longtime friend believes that would be a mistake.
King said: “I don’t know if he is or not, I think there are other things he’s got up his sleeve.
“I personally don’t think he should take Bond. It’s too obvious, it’s been around him for years. It’s time to move on.”
