A large music venue was evacuated after police received an anonymous threat against it.
Eventim Apollo ordered 3,000 concertgoers to leave when officers notified management and security about the call.
But angry fans who want to see Iranian singer Dariush in Hammersmith West Londondemanded a refund for an evening they described as “absolute chaos”.
Simultaneously with the evacuation, protesters gathered at the same place to chant against the Iranian regime.
The video showed several people sobbing and screaming inside the premises as they were ordered to leave quickly.
Police used a megaphone to tell the huge crowd to go home because the performance had been cancelled.

Some of those who wanted to see the famous Iranian singer Dariush perform shouted “shame” at the officers.
One fan wrote: “It was disappointing.”
The Metropolitan Police said there was no indication the threat was genuine and nothing suspicious had been identified.
A spokesman said: “At 8.06pm on Sunday 9 October, police received an anonymous threat call to a music venue, which officers later identified as the Eventim Apollo in Queen Caroline Street, W6.
“There was no indication that the threat was genuine but at 8.21pm officers attended the scene to speak with security staff and determine if they were aware of anything suspicious or of concern.
“Nothing suspicious was brought to the attention of staff but at around 8.40pm the facility management decided to evacuate as a precaution.
“Officers are in place to reassure and ensure the safe departure of those who have now left the building.
“No injuries reported, no suspicious items found.”
