Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service.

A 30-year-old man was taken to the hospital in serious condition with a stab wound to the leg.

    The injury is considered life-threatening.

Two men, aged 24 and 25, were arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and later bailed pending further inquiries until a date in February 2023.

Police investigating the stabbing have launched a new appeal for witnesses.

Detective Inspector Andrew Gatase, from the local policing team in south-east London, said: “This horrific act of violence happened at a time when there were many people in nearby bars and clubs.

“We have already spoken to a number of witnesses but are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident.”
