Sutton house prices: Average house prices rise by £3,000
House prices in Sutton rose by an average of more than £3,000 in September, according to figures from the Land Registry.
The latest figures from the government department show that in September 2022, average house prices in Sutton reached £442,884.
This is up from £439,267 in July, a decrease of 0.1 per cent. Over the past 12 months, it has grown by 7.4 percent.
