Officers were called at 2am on Sunday to reports of a fight on Ilford Lane near the junction with St Luke’s Avenue and Wingate Road.
A 17-year-old boy with stab wounds was taken to the hospital at the scene. His condition is unknown.
An investigation has been launched and cordons remain in place while a forensic examination continues at the scene. At this stage, there were no arrests.
