Andrew Garfield arrived at the event in style
Washington [US], Jan 11 (ANI): And yes, he’s here…Hollywood hunk Andrew Garfield is ready for the Golden Globes. After hitting the red carpet in a simple yet stylish mustard tuxedo, the 39-year-old left no stone unturned for the gala event.
Andrew Garfield had four Golden Globe nominations in as many categories over a dozen years. He’s currently up for Best Actor in a TV Movie/Limited Series for his lead role in Hulu’s Beneath the Banner of Heaven , right after winning the 2022 Best Actor in a Motion Picture Comedy/Musical award for Tick, Tick… BOOM !”, while several performers have previously been honored by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for their work on both the big and small screens, his presence on the list will be historic as he will be the first person to do so in a single year.
After his last appearance in all three episodes of the 2009 British series Red Riding, Garfield returns to the world of television with Under the Banner of Heaven. The new show is based on the non-fiction book of the same name by author John Krakauer, who investigates the 1984 double murder case of Utah v. Lafferty. Jeb Pair, played by Garfield, is an anonymous detective whose Mormon religion is put to the test during a murder investigation. (ANI)
