The BBC star was stalked by a 33-year-old woman who turned up at Broadcasting House with a knife

A WOMAN has been charged with stalking TV and radio host Karti Gnanasegaram.

Danielle Moore, 33, appeared BBC The headquarters, where the star works, armed himself with a lock knife last summer.

She was arrested and later charged with stalking a TV broadcaster who feared violence at Broadcasting House in London on August 4, 2022.

Moore, from south London, has been in custody since then.

She is due to appear at Southwark Crown Court on June 27. MailOnline reports.

Gnanasegaram was allegedly targeted by the same woman several times.

Moore is said to have turned up at her workplace and abused her on the phone before taking the blade to Portland Place.

Gnanasegaram is a regular on Classic FM and Amazon Prime Video.

She also appears on BBC Breakfast, BBC Radio 2, BBC Sport, Match of the Day and Premier League Television.

Gnanasegaram has previously hosted sports programs for Sky News, Channel 5 and Al Jazeera.
