Leave Shamimu Begum lying, grinning, festering in the pit of hell

I KNOW that Shamima Begum was just 15 when she ran away from her home in Bethnal Green, East London, to join the IS terror group in Syria.

And since then she has lost three babies to pneumonia and malnutrition.

But that’s where my compassion ends and my anger takes over.

Not only with her, but with the BBC, which aired a 90-minute documentary this week The Shamima Begum A story that gives this calculating woman a public platform to try to make her way back into our country.

Shamima, now 23, is one of three East London schoolgirls who went to Syria in 2015 to support THERE IS.

This made world headlines and she and her friends became known as Bethnal green girls.

Her lawyers say she should be allowed to return to the UK.

They claim she was trafficked by IS for “sexual exploitation and marriage to an adult man”.

She was quite a teenager when she moved to Syria and you could argue that she didn’t know what she was doing.

But her actions once she got there prove that she wasn’t just a stupid, scared young schoolgirl.

She quickly earned a reputation as a a strict employee of the “morality police” of IS and recruited other young women into the jihadist group.

She was carrying a Kalashnikov assault rifle and is believed to have sewn suicide bombs into explosive vests so they could not be removed without detonation.

Until February 2019, because she was pregnant with her third child, she dreamed of returning home to her family.

They asked the government to intervene and bring IS’s bride home.

The problem was that she showed almost no remorse, and in 2019 she was rightly stripped of her British citizenship for reasons of national security.

Four years later, she is again fighting a legal battle with the government to try to get her citizenship reinstated so she can return to London.

And thanks to the faithful BBCpaid, let’s remember, by me and you, she was able to tell her story, calling for pity, again.

With sunglasses on her head and a smirk on her face, she clearly enjoyed the attention.

She spoke of how “exciting” the trip to Syria was and how she was “in love” with IS and desperate to join.

Note: There are no human trafficking opinions.

What she deserves

Nor is there any sign of genuine remorse.

Shamima still refuses to take responsibility for “other people’s actions”, they say a terrorist IS actions would have occurred regardless of her travel.

But she tries to claim that she feels shame and guilt for her actions.

Of course she wants to, she wants to go home.

So she pulls a “poor little me” act for the BBC.

I’m not surprised that she wants to go home because she is now living in the Al Roj camp in northern Syria, which is run by the Syrian Democratic Forces.

She says it’s worse than prison because there’s no end date and she doesn’t know if she’ll ever get out.

Shamima’s story is shocking.

It’s also sad.

And for any woman to live in the horrible camp conditions she is in is horrible.

But this is what she deserves.

In the entire documentary, which came out a few weeks after the ten-part Beeb podcast who “traced” her story from London to Syria, Shamima told a bunch of lies.

She claimed that she did not know about the beheading before she went to Syria, despite previously admitting that she knew.

She denied receiving IS training, although she was seen in the camp.

And she even claimed that she had never witnessed a public execution, despite the fact that she had previously admitted that she had seen severed heads in the sides.

She should never have been given the opportunity to tell this lie in public.

The only good thing to come out of this BBC documentary is that it proves once again that we cannot take any chances and allow this grinning terrorist to return to our country.

“Evidence” states the danger

Since that time Nicola Bulli disappeared, where many super-spies went St. Michael on the Wyre what Lancashire Police issued dispersal orders to stop them from walking around the village they are filming themselves, taking selfies and breaking the boundaries.

One of those who ended up there was Peter Faulding.

But he does not want to become a detective, he is a forensic expert with specialized equipment that he was looking for April Jones in 2012 and tried to solve the mystery of the spy in the suitcase two years earlier.

He offered his services to Nicola’s family for free.

But instead of coyly contacting the police, he says he has “evidence” that she didn’t fall into the river, while the police says she did — and fears her phone may have been left on the bench by a third party to confuse investigators.

Faulding even said that a “broader ground search” of outbuildings and barns is needed, which happens when many amateur detectives went down to the village.

It’s sad that what I’m sure was an act of a good Samaritan turned into what appears to be a PR stunt to boost their credibility.

Royal spirit

I always liked the fact that even though I grew up in palaces and was surrounded by wealth, Charles was the king of thrift.

He has worn the same Barbour jacket for years and refuses to be a fan of it fashionso he can bring out the same outfits over and over again.

But when he visited the historic Brick Lane mosque in London this week, it was clear he was wearing a sock with a hole in it.

It is commendable that he keeps up his frugal habits during a cost of living crisis but I really hope he sees fit to invest in a new pair of fronts Coronation.

I would give outerwear the cold shoulder

I can’t begrudge her wanting to show off that stunning figure, but I was wondering how Katie has been doing in the bitingly cold weather we’ve been having lately.

I’m pretty sure that as good as I look in PVC underwear, you’ll find me in a fluffy robe, slippers and a cup of tea.

Botter ‘N’ Baby

There’s little that beats the joy of a baby scan when you find out if it’s a boy or a girl.

But not for all of us, it seems. TV star Marta Kalifatidis, who married at first sight, told a radio show this week that she was “devastated” when she found out she was having a boy, not a girl.

She huffed, “I was so upset. It took me a few days to come to terms with it.”

To each their own, but I can’t understand this fixation.

And how will this boy feel when he grows up and reads that his mom is disappointed in him?

Let’s hope she falls in love with her new addition when she meets him – and starts counting her blessings.

Quake help is vital

THE a newborn baby was pulled out from under the rubble in Syria, while his remarkable mother lay dead beneath him, it reminds us all that even in the most difficult and cruel times, the human spirit will endure.

We really want to turn our heads the other way when we read about hardships experienced by earthquake survivors in both Turkey and Syria, who were left homeless in the cold.
