Princess of Wales’s parents sell struggling party business to ‘millionaire clowns’
Carole Middleton, mother Princess of Walessold her Party Pieces business to a man known as the “Millionaire Clown”.
Mrs. Middleton started it Party Pieces business in 1987 with her husband Mikhail after her fifth birthday, Kate had a bright moment.
After growing the company into a multi-million dollar business, A batch of pieces badly affected by Art pandemic and covid coronavirus infection restrictions, and last month the company called in advisers to restructuring firm Interpath to raise fresh funds for the business.
The business has now been sold to James Sinclair, Essexan entrepreneur who started out at age 15 as children’s entertainer Jimbo.
James Sinclair is known as Britain’s richest clown after growing his entertainment business into an empire with sales of more than £10 million.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is understood to value only shares, meaning its debts would be wiped out and suppliers could lose out.
