Two arrested after police found huge amount of cannabis

The drugs were found after a tip from local residents.

Croydon Police shared the images on Twitter after officers from Bromley Task Force and Coordination and Selsdon and Addington Police executed a search warrant under the Drugs Act and made the bust.

The two were detained and seized a “significant amount” of cannabis.

The investigation is ongoing.

Croydon Police tweeted: “Officers from Bromley Tasing & Coordination Team and @MPSSelsdonAddvi executed a search warrant under the Drugs Act following concerns from local residents.

“Officers seized a significant amount of cannabis and arrested two people.

“The investigation is ongoing.”
