Planning applications received by Havering Council last week

These applications, currently listed as Pending, include a combination of residential extensions, tree maintenance requests, change of use proposals and waivers of conditions for existing projects.

One of these, P1036.23, seeks a ground floor extension to the side to the rear for a property at 178 Osborne Road, Hornchurch. Similarly, P1037.23, located at 23 Ingrebourne Gardens in Upminster, requires a single storey rear extension with pitched roof, alterations to the roof of the front garage and porch and internal alterations.

Applications for tree maintenance have also been submitted to the council. T0073.23 proposes to reduce the overall crown size by 2 meters for the Silver Birch at 2 St Clements Avenue, Romford (RM3 0HY), while T0074.23 intends to reduce the oak by 2.0 meters at 4 Wallenger Avenue. , Romford (RM2 6ER).

In addition, T0075.23 seeks to reduce a 3.0/4.0 meter multi-stemmed sycamore at 63 Kingswood Lodge, Flat 1, Main Road (RM2 5EH).

In addition, Y0172.23 proposes a single storey rear extension at 54 Manser Road, Rainham (RM13 8NL), while Y0173.23 seeks a single storey rear extension at 78 Eyhurst Avenue, Hornchurch (RM12 4RA). Both applications are in the “Prior Approval” category.

P1019.23 requires a ground floor side and rear extension at 36 Maylands Avenue, Hornchurch (RM12 5BE) and P1014.23 proposes a single storey rear extension with front elevation alterations at 6 Eldred Gardens, Upminster (RM14 1SL) .

Furthermore, the council received an application of P1027.23 for a proposed change of use from C3 single dwelling to C2 small children’s home at 51 Windermere Avenue in Hornchurch. Application P1030.23 proposes solid cladding and curbing at 172 Wennington Road in Rainham.

Other applications received include a proposed outbuilding with a lantern at the rear of the garden (ref. P1018.23) at 189 Clockhouse Lane in Romford and a change of use from residential to part-time dog grooming outbuilding at 5 Kenway in Romford (ref. P1022.23).
