Love Island USA Season 6 Winners Announced: Who Took Home the $100,000 Prize?
The sixth season of Love Island USA has come to a close, and America has chosen its favorite couple. After six weeks of intense recouplings and steamy challenges, only four couples made it to the finale: JaNa Craig and Kenny Rodriguez, Nicole Jacky and Kendall Washington, Leah Kateb and Miguel Harichi, and Serena Page and Kordell Beckham.
On Sunday, July 21, host Ariana Madix announced that Serena and Kordell were crowned the winners of Love Island USA and took home the $100,000 cash prize. Leah and Miguel finished as runners-up, followed by JaNa and Kenny in third place and Kendall and Nicole in fourth. The announcement was met with a spectacular fireworks display, and Madix became emotional as she wrapped up this record-breaking season.
Serena, a 24-year-old from Texas, and Kordell, the younger brother of NFL star Odell Beckham Jr., were among the first to pair up in the villa. They hit it off on day one, arriving in Fiji in matching neon green outfits. Despite an initial slow start and Serena’s hesitation due to past relationship wounds, the pair developed a strong bond.
The couple faced a major test during the Casa Amor twist, where Kordell formed a connection with Casa Amor contestant Daia McGhee and briefly coupled up with her. This decision led to one of the season’s most dramatic confrontations, with Serena expressing her frustration.
However, Kordell’s determination to win Serena back proved successful. After a heartfelt promise and several meaningful moments, the couple reconnected and made their relationship exclusive. For their final date, Serena and Kordell enjoyed a movie night in the back of a pickup truck, reminiscing about their Love Island journey while wearing matching hot pink outfits.
In addition to their cash prize, Serena and Kordell each received $50,000. Love Island USA Season 6, which premiered on Peacock on June 11, achieved record viewership as the most-watched streaming original series in the country, with 919 million minutes watched in the second week of July, according to Luminate.
The season finale also revealed that a reunion special will air on August 19 on Peacock, featuring the cast discussing the season’s most memorable moments.
